SHP Named to Cincinnati Enquirer's Top Workplaces 2010

SHP Leading Design is pleased to announce that the firm has been named to the Top Workplaces 2010 by the Cincinnati Enquirer.  The competition was solely based on employee survey that local members of the organization had an opportunity to complete.  

"SHP is an employee-centric organization," SHP President Lauren Della Bella said. "Not only do we have growth opportunities within the organization, but we also offer employee-based programs such as a health and wellness initiatives including yoga, biking and massage."

SHP believes in reinvesting in the staff as well.  The firm has opened three new offices within the past three years.  The new, sustainable workplaces foster creativity and collaboration and the staff enjoys coming to work everyday.  According to the survey results, one respondent said "it truly is like working with your family. You want to succeed to help your peers and to better yourself within the firm. It is truly an enjoyable experience to come to work each and every day."

"We feel fortunate to have such a remarkable staff," Della Bella added. "This is the second time in as many years that the firm has been recognized in a best places to work competition."  

The organization has also been fortunate to have seen substantial growth with the last few years as well.  While many firms have downsized, SHP has grown in both staff and revenue by a remarkable 20%.
